really good, really good, really good
I was greeted by the lovely hosts, Sandy and Alan, who genuinely. The Double Room with Sea View was a good retreat, offering fine views of the beach and equipped with thoughtful extras like a fridge, tea, and even mints on the pillows. The breakfast was a highlight. A freshly cooked full English, complemented by a fine dining room view overlooking the sea, made each morning nice.

The hotel is clean, has views of the sea. The breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent, we liked a good choice of meals. The units are functional, perfectly clean with bottled water. The staff is very friendly.

I was rather looking forward to my stay, yet was dismayed by the faulty TV that kept flickering on and off all night, an absolute nightmare. As if that wasn't enough, the owners' rudeness when addressing my concerns was beyond belief! Should've at least received complimentary chocolates or an upgrade for the trouble. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The sea view from the room was amazing. The cozy, cute atmosphere added a unique charm to the experience, a much-needed respite.
The decor felt outdated, reminiscent of a grandparents' home needing a facelift, which detracted a bit from the overall experience. I encountered issues with the TV randomly turning on and off at night, thanks to a faulty internet connection. It made sleeping a challenge. It would have been better to have more flexibility with breakfast options-considering I only wanted yogurt and fruit, a room-only pricing structure would have made more sense instead of the compulsory full English breakfast.

Warm hospitality and delicious breakfasts
The room was cozy and had complementary teas and a fridge. Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a variety of freshly cooked options overlooking the sea, a great way to start the day. One thing to note is that the decor might benefit from a bit of modern updating.

The sea view from the Double Room was fine. Breakfast included hot food items, a highlight, though the bed felt uncomfortable. The small ensuite had a dividing wall that seemed unnecessary and detracted from an otherwise functional space. These quirks could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Stayed at regency house for 2 nights and it was amazin! The room had a fine sea view and was super comfy, with a fridge, kettle, and even cookies. Breakfast was the bomb, freshly cooked and the dining room had a nice vibe overlooking the sea! Sandy and alan were so cute, really great hosts. Free parking was a total lifesaver too!
the bathroom was a bit small and the decor feels kinda dated, could use a refresh.
